We handle personal data in line with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA). Where it applies to visitors from the EU/EEA, we also follow the GDPR.

What we collect

• Server logs: When you visit, basic technical data is collected automatically, such as browser type, operating system, IP address, and pages visited. This is used to display the site correctly and keep it secure.

• Contact form and email: If you contact us, we keep your name, email, and message so we can reply and work with you.

• Client projects: If you hire us, we collect what we need to deliver the work and invoice you, such as billing details and project materials.

Hosting (Framer)
This site is built and hosted with Framer B.V., Rozengracht 207B, 1016 LZ Amsterdam, Netherlands. Framer collects log files, including IP addresses, and uses cookies that are necessary for the site to work and stay secure. Analytics

Sharing your data
We don't sell your data. We share it only with the service providers we need to run the business, such as hosting, email, payments, and accounting, or when the law requires it.

Overseas transfers
Our providers may store data outside Singapore. When they do, we make sure it's protected to a standard comparable to the PDPA.

How long we keep it
Only as long as we need it for the purpose it was collected for, or as long as the law requires, for example for accounting records. After that, it's deleted.

Your rights
You can ask to access or correct your personal data, or withdraw your consent to us using it. If the GDPR applies to you, you can also ask for deletion, restriction, or portability, or object to processing. Just email us.
